Overview:
In its effort to implement the Kingdom leader’s directives to update the management procedures and facilitate the services provided to investors and individuals, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu – Directorate General of the Royal Commission in Jubail started automation of its procedures and developing information systems capable of coping up with constant changes and shifting from a traditional manner to electronic processing with the aim to simplify procedures and process transactions with excellent efficiency.
General Vision:
In an effort to utilize electronic and information technology in the management of businesses in Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities, with the aim to simplify transactions between the Royal Commission and investors and individuals, the Directorate General of the Royal Commission in Jubail has adopted to establish an “electronic services network” to cope up of modern international systems, utilizing state-of-the-art information and communication technology. It has aimed to efficiently perform its duties and business transactions of investors’/individuals’ new, active or under construction projects through one-stop shop, i.e. Comprehensive Service Center
CSC Main Objectives:

Provide the technical infrastructure necessary to launch electronic services.

Develop and update the internal management procedures to perform work effectively and efficiently.

Provide services for clients via the internet.

Establish a one-stop shop to process clients requests smoothly.

Attract and develop national and foreign investments and create a suitable investment environment.

Acquaint clients with the electronic services provided by the Center.
The Comprehensive Service Center Is Comprised Of Two Sections:
Invetment Services Office:
The office helps new investors to benefit from the facilities provided by the Royal Commission and the government bodies. It also coordinates with service providers to render the services and overcome encountered obstacles. Moreover, it provides the following services:

Semi-developed project preliminary plan review requests.

Process residential lot transfer request.
Reception and Coordination Office:
Receive the investors’ and individuals' requests for the current projects and those under design or construction and coordinate with service providers to render services. The office, moreover, provides the following requests:
